The service
Nova is a Mac app. Nova Cloud is the online service she thinks through. Your plan gives you Nova on up to three Macs, and a monthly allowance of work that resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Trial
Each new account starts a free 7-day trial, one per Mac, with no card needed. When it ends, Nova pauses until you choose a plan.
Plans and payment
Nova Pro and Nova Business are monthly subscriptions sold through Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, tax and invoices. You can cancel at any time from your receipt email; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Using Nova well
Nova acts on your Mac on your behalf. She asks before paying, deleting for good, installing software, quitting your apps, changing your team, and sending or posting from your own accounts. You are responsible for what you ask her to do and for checking important work before relying on it. Don’t use Nova for anything unlawful, and don’t try to use Nova Cloud for anything other than Nova.

Availability
We work to keep Nova Cloud running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or update the service; important changes will be announced by email.
